A. por requerimiento de EDESE S. A. miércoles 09 de septiembre de 2020 A través de la Resolución ENRE N° 126/ 2020, el Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad da a publicidad la solicitud de acceso y ampliación del sistema de transporte de energía eléctrica y el otorgamiento del Certificado de Conveniencia y Necesidad Pública que TRANSNOA S. A. presentó por requerimiento de la Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Santiago del Estero S. A. La obra consiste en la construcción e instalación de la nueva Estación Transformadora Ojo de Agua 132/ 33/ 13,2 kV - 30/ 30/ 30 MVA y de una Línea de Alta Tensión de 132 kV, de aproximadamente 147 kilómetros de longitud, que la vinculará con la ET Loreto. La difusión de esta solicitud se extiende por el plazo de cinco días hábiles administrativos en los sitios web del ENRE y de CAMMESA, y de dos días consecutivos en un diario de amplia difusión del lugar donde la obra vaya a realizarse o pueda afectar eléctricamente. El Ente otorga un plazo de diez días hábiles administrativos desde la última publicación para que quien considere que la obra pueda afectarlo en cuanto a las prestaciones eléctricas recibidas o a sus intereses económicos, plantee su oposición fundada por escrito ante el organismo o, en el caso del acceso, presente un proyecto alternativo que produzca una optimización del funcionamiento técnico-económico del Sistema Argentino de Interconexión o plantee observaciones u oposiciones sobre la base de la existencia de perjuicios. En caso de que existiesen presentaciones fundadas comunes entre distintos usuarios y usuarias, el ENRE convocará a una Audiencia Pública para permitir al solicitante contestarlas y exponer sus argumentos. Una vez operado el vencimiento de los plazos señalados sin que se registre la presentación de oposición o un proyecto alternativo para el caso del acceso, este Ente Nacional otorgará el Certificado de Conveniencia y Necesidad Pública solicitado. Por su parte, EDESE S. A. deberá incorporar en su proyecto todas las observaciones y requerimientos técnicos que Cammesa y TRANSNOA S. A. señalaron a los efectos de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del SADI. Asimismo la mencionada transportista deberá incorporar en el primer informe de avance de obras la auditoría ambiental de cierre de las mismas, y ajustar el programa de monitoreo a fin de asegurar la realización de mediciones de los campos electromagnéticos. Mediante la Resolución ENRE N° 126/ 2020, este Ente Nacional también hace saber que las obras involucradas en la construcción de la ET Ojo de Agua deberán cumplir con las Resoluciones ENRE N° 163/ 2013, N° 400/ 2011 y Nº 190/ 2012, y que la construcción de la LAT de 132 kV Loreto - Ojo de Agua deberá cumplir con las Resoluciones ENRE N° 37/ 2010, Nº 382/ 2015, N° 400/ 2011 y Nº 190/ 2012.
