FRIDAY APRIL 5TH MEETING OF THE LV WAS HELD IN CÓRDOBA TRANSPLANT FEDERAL COMMISSION, WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVINCIAL ABLATION AND IMPLANTATION ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
The meeting took place on Friday 5 April in the Auditorium of the Hotel
Holiday Inn Cordoba Capital and was attended by national authorities of the
Unique Central National Institute Coordinator of Ablation and Implant
(INCUCAI) and representatives of agencies procurement provinces. On this
occasion, the president of INCUCAI, Alberto Maceira, evaluated as
encouraging activity procurement and transplantation in the first
quarter. "Organ donations last January-March period, I allowed 423 people
who were on the waiting list Córdoba obtain a transplant and was part of
this result," he said. At the same time, he stressed that the new law
27,447 from the health system, it will provide what is necessary to
generate a change that responds to the thousands of people waiting for a
transplant in Argentina. He also thanked the presence of the directors of
provincial jurisdiction, and highlighted the participation of Dr. Joel de

of establishments and professionals hematopoietic progenitor cells (CPH);
financing bone marrow transplantation; new digital credential for people on
the waiting list and transplanted; new manual of recommendations for
dealing with the issue donation transplant media, among others. In addition
to the authorities mentioned present were the Vice President of INCUCAI,
Dr. José Luis Bustos; Medical Director Dr. Gabriel Orlandi, with Adrian
Antonio Tarditti; Technical Scientific Director, Dr. Liliana Bisigniano and
the Director of Institutional Relations and Social Communication, Mr.
Roxana Fontana..; Multitejidos the head of Banco Provincial, Maria Nieves
Paverini; Eugenia Ferreira the area of Social Work and Dr. Horacio Bazan,
responsible for oversight of Ecodaic. The Federal Commission on COFETRA
Transplant is composed of representatives appointed by the highest health
authority of the 24 jurisdictions. Of discussions and consensus that occur
within and from the different health realities of each jurisdiction they
are outlined and put different programs that aim to increase donation and
transplantation, equity in access and various practice professional,
scientific and development practice that cross administrative legal
aspects. COFETRA meets several times a year to coordinate the actions
implemented in the field of procurement and transplantation of organs,
tissues and cells in the country.
