INIDEP TRAINED CHEFS ON "RED TIDE AND RISKS OF POISONING BY CONSUMPTION OF TOXIC SHELLFISH "

On the eve of Easter, the event was held in the SUM 1 INIDEP building and
also included the participation of scientists from other areas of the
Institute. The main objective of the workshop was to provide basic to
prevent poisoning through knowledge of these events (causes, symptoms,
vectors poisoning) tools. Throughout more than two hours, the researchers
addressed comprehensively the various aspects that are linked to these
issues and debates were conducted on own and pre-concepts around red tides
experiences. The workshop was attended regarding restaurants Sarasa Black,
Il Sasso, NH Gran Hotel Provincial, dressmaking, Hiei Sushi, Brodo and La
Casa Vieja, pasta factory and Don Francisco School of Gastronomy. What is
red tide? It is known as red tide to a natural phenomenon that involves the
