THE COMMISSION FOR SOCIAL DIALOGUE FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK WAS CREATED
Minister of Production and Labor, Dante Sica, led the first meeting of the
Commission for Social Dialogue for the Future of Work, which will consist
of representatives of the labor sector and employer national government
officials today and will be ongoing participation a member of the
International Labor Organization (ILO). The Commission, created through
resolution 225/2019, will aim to promote social dialogue between the
parties to advance the challenges and opportunities that exist in labor
matters. Also working on the transition to the Future of Work from the
existing technological changes and developments in production methods in
the different productive sectors; and carry out the necessary adjustments
in national legislation to international regulatory standards. During the
meeting, the parties agreed on the importance of forming a space for
dialogue with representatives of all sectors to address the challenges our
country has different productive activities and labor matters. "It is
essential that we push this space to begin work on a tripartite basis in
all the challenges and opportunities presented to us the world of work, and
address together the changes that are generated in labor relations and the
reality of each sector from the emergence of new technologies. I welcome
also count with the participation of representatives of the International
Labor Organization as coordinators of it, "said Sica minister. The meeting
