NEW TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR CIVIL REGISTRIES OF LA PAMPA, CATAMARCA, NEUQUÉN, SAN JUAN AND MENDOZA

Interior Secretary, Sebastián García De Luca, on behalf of the Ministry of
Interior, Public Works and Housing Rogelio Frigerio leading, signed by the
director of the National Registry of Persons (RENAPER), Juan José D'Amico,
transfer 250 technological equipment for making digital processing of ID
and passport to the provincial Civil Registry, which included an investment
by the national government of 15 million pesos.
"This is part of the commitment to make available the tools you have the
national government to ensure as important as identity right," said De Luca.
While D'Amico, he said: "This action is given under the Federal Plan
Documentation, which are working in coordination with all levels of
government to bring state presence to places where they need it ".
The kits consist of complete PC with CPU, monitor, keyboard and mouse;
digital signature pad; fingerprint readers; scanner documentation and
photo- camera will be used to "open up new digital points" and, in some
cases, to "strengthen existing ones," agreed the members of the Executive
Committee of the Federal Council of Civil Registries, present at the event.
Signature participated the directors of the Civil Records: La Pampa, Pablo
Boleas; Catamarca, Roland Contreras; Neuquen, Santiago Nunez; San Juan,
Mendoza and Mario Parra, Enzo Rizzo.
