TWO PENALTIES FOR EDESUR

Through Resolution ENRE No. 291/2019, the Board of the National Regulatory
Authority for Electricity fined Edesur S.A. for failing to comply with the
gathering and processing data to assess the quality of the technical
product. Agency authorities established that the distributor shall pay a
fine of 21 million pesos.
Through the same resolution, the Directors of ENRE imposed on EDESUR S.A.
an additional fine 24000 weights differences between the amounts of the
bonuses and the borrowing Ente calculated during the half control 44 Step 2
(period from March to August 2018). The Borrower shall allocate that money
to users affected by this divergence, as established by the Technical
IF-2019-16141847-APN-DDCEE # ENRE Report.
