WE CAPTURED A FUGITIVE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MURDER OF A CHILD.

Stopped at the locality of Laferrere Gregorio a fugitive from justice,
accused of murdering a gun to a minor Alejandro Martín Leguizamón, almost
two years ago during an attempted robbery.

Investigation Causes Death and requested us on October 23 to identify the
perpetrator of the murder, who so far had only been able to determine his
nickname, "Chan Lafe". Quickly after the investigative tasks, our officers
were able to point out that it was Leonardo Gabriel Ferrer, an Argentine
citizen 21 who resided in the district of La Matanza. The subject was
engaged in the sale of a healing cannabis-based cream, which marketed
through their social networks and delivered business premises in that area.
After informing the intervener provisions UFI, the Trial Court No. 6 of La
Matanza asked the Ministry of National Security inserted into the Federal
Recapture System escapees (CUFRE), the order for his arrest and capture. On
October 27 our officers identified themselves and arrested the accused in
the street, who was held incommunicado and disposition of such UFI, by
Celia Cejas and Mark Borghi.
On December 22, 2017 Leguizamon, 13, came home from school when he was
intercepted by two men on a motorcycle. One of them tried to steal
belongings and finding the child's resistance shot him in the back, causing
his death.
Through an investigation of the prosecution and the Buenos Aires Provincial
Police it determined that the driver of road was Luis Alberto Soto,
alias "Pocho", who last October 11 was sentenced to life imprisonment for
be co criminally responsible for the offenses of aggravated robbery by use
of a firearm in attempted aggravated in real competition with "criminis
causae" murder. The author of the shot, however, only the nickname and a
photo he had, and had not been identified until the intervention of this
PSA.
