José Glinski, de 39 años, nació en Comodoro Rivadavia. Es licenciado en Ciencias Políticas, egresado de la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires (UBA). De 2012 a 2013 se desempeñó como secretario de Seguridad de Chubut y en 2014 fue ministro de Seguridad de dicha provincia. Entre 2009 y 2014 fue coordinador de programas de seguridad preventiva en la PSA.
