A global dialogue to a global problem We conducted a videoconference with related technology and telecommunications worldwide about the status of connectivity and access to technologies facing the health emergency. Wednesday April 22, 2020 As part of the current health crisis we join by videoconference tracing guidelines between the public and private sector on joint actions with the main references of technology and telecommunications the world to ensure the ability of the infrastructure to increasing digital traffic, access to digital services and operation of priority sectors such as education and health. Dialogue with ministers from different countries, presidents of regulators, CEOs of companies and related international organizations like the World Bank, the International Telecommunication Union, GSMA and the World Economic Forum around ensuring that digital technologies are fully mobilized and the service of the containment COVID-19; deal with social distancing measures; and ensure business continuity and maintain public services. Among the lines of action raised during the meeting they found: increasing bandwidth, strengthening resilience and security of networks and congestion management; facilitating online services and ensure continuity of public services to safeguard the welfare of populations; FinTech empower and digital business models to support businesses and communities most affected; promote trust, security and online protection; and harness the power of the big mobile data.

Un diálogo global frente a un problema global Realizamos una videoconferencia con referentes de tecnología y telecomunicaciones de todo el mundo en torno a la situación de la conectividad y el acceso a las tecnologías frente a la emergencia sanitaria. miércoles 22 de abril de 2020 En el marco de la actual crisis sanitaria nos unimos por videoconferencia al trazado de lineamientos entre el sector público y privado sobre las acciones conjuntas con los principales referentes de tecnología y telecomunicaciones del mundo para garantizar la capacidad de la infraestructura frente al aumento del tráfico digital, el acceso a los servicios digitales y el funcionamiento de sectores prioritarios como la educación y la salud. Dialogamos con ministros de distintos países, presidentes de entes reguladores, CEOs de empresas y referentes de organismos internacionales como el Banco Mundial, la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones, GSMA y el Foro Económico Mundial en torno a garantizar que las tecnologías digitales estén plenamente movilizadas y al servicio de la contención del COVID-19; hacer frente a las medidas de distanciamiento social; y asegurar la continuidad de los negocios y mantener la prestación de servicios públicos. Entre las líneas de acción planteadas durante la reunión se encontraron: aumentar el ancho de banda, fortalecer la capacidad de recuperación y la seguridad de las redes y gestionar la congestión; facilitar los servicios online y asegurar la continuidad de los servicios públicos para salvaguardar el bienestar de las poblaciones; potenciar a las FinTech y los modelos de negocios digitales para apoyar a las empresas y comunidades más afectadas; promover la confianza, la seguridad y la protección online; y aprovechar el poder del big data móvil.
