Campañas NacionalesCoronavirus COVID-19 InicioMinisterio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad SocialSuperintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo - SRTLa SRT participó de una conferencia por el Día Nacional de la Minería La SRT participó de una conferencia por el Día Nacional de la Minería La Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo (SRT) participó hoy de una mesa de trabajo impulsada por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo de la Nación, donde expuso las principales líneas de acción que desarrolla el organismo en materia de prevención, la importancia de los servicios de higiene y seguridad de la actividad y la normativa vigente. Compartir enredes sociales jueves 07 de mayo de 2020 El evento, que se desarrolló en formato virtual debido a la vigencia del aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio, contó con el discurso de inauguración a cargo del titular de la cartera de Desarrollo Productivo, Matías Kulfas, y de Alberto Hensel, secretario de Minería de la Nación. Los representantes de la SRT, Pablo Lollo y Juan Curci, abordaron la normativa vigente de la actividad, el rol de los servicios de higiene y seguridad y de los principales actores que participan en ella a través de los Programas Nacionales de Prevención por rama de actividad (ProNaPre): los trabajadores, los empresarios, las aseguradoras y el Estado. A su vez, expusieron los principales contenidos del Decreto Nº 249/ 2007 donde, entre varios ítems, se destaca el que tiene que ver con la constitución y funcionamiento de los Comités de Higiene y Seguridad en el trabajo. Una herramienta de vital importancia en el presente, ya que las condiciones de salubridad laboral deben reforzarse en virtud de la pandemia causada por el Covid-19. Asimismo, se explicó y destacó el funcionamiento de las mesas cuatripartitas de la actividad en el marco de los ProNaPre: las de la Minería Metalífera y la No Metalífera (Industria de la cal). La mesa de la primera actividad, formada en 2013, abordó los procesos de Perforación, Voladura, Saneo y Armado de Protecciones en Minería Subterránea, que llevó como resultado la publicación de un manual de buenas prácticas para la actividad en 2014. En tanto que la Minería No Metalífera constituyó su mesa cuatripartita en 2019, la cual se encuentra trabajando en la conformación de una manual de buenas prácticas que abarcará todos los procesos de la Industria. En el marco del escenario planteado por la pandemia del coronavirus, los representantes de la SRT se refirieron a la Resolución Nº 38/ 2020, que reglamentó el procedimiento de denuncias para trabajadores con Covid-19. El panel abordó, además, los temas "Articulación con el Ministerio de Salud ante la pandemia Covid-19", a cargo del Director Nacional de Control de Enfermedades Transmisibles de la Subsecretaría de Estrategias Sanitarias del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, Juan Castelli, y "Promoviendo la igualdad de género en la Minería Industrial", con la Especialista Senior del Sector de Industrias Extractivas, Natasha Nunes da Cunha, y la Especialista de Género y Diversidad del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, Andrea Monje.
