In this context, the National Service for Agrifood Health and Quality (Senasa) participated with various entities in a virtual information day on "Producciones vegetable and fruit" on Wednesday May 20 last was developed by Zoom platform. On the occasion dissertation he was in charge of Fernanda Retamar and Ivana Ramallo both of the General Directorate of Agriculture of Entre Rios and Carolina Kaul of the Center Regional Center Senasa. It was aimed at producers and the general public and had the training goal in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), stress the importance of being registered in the Registry National Health of Agricultural Producers (RENSPA), and publicize the Guide Packaging fruit and vegetables for Family Agriculture. The organizers aim to train farmers in the area, giving knowledge of the regulations in order to promote the implementation of Good Agricultural Practice and associated monitoring, generating genuine employment and economic resources to dump them into the formal economy of the Province . The call was successful, there were 70 registrants who participated in the training. All information will be available for participants and will also issue a certificate of attendance. At the end of the day the participants were very satisfied with the development of training and very interested in learning about a timetable for future training. Interinstitutionality is essential to carry out these joint actions to achieve implementation of Good Agricultural Practice and formalization of horticultural and fruit producers in the province of Entre Rios. In addition to the Senasa, the meeting was organized by the City of Victoria, which was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Production and Environment, the Ministry of Production of Entre Rios; General Directorate of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Nation; of Family Agriculture Secretariat delegation Entre Rios, the AER Victoria of the National Agricultural Technology Institute (INTA) and the Association of Professionals of Agronomy of the province.

Disertación en jornada sobre producciones hortícolas y fruticolas de Entre Ríos Disertación en jornada sobre producciones hortícolas y fruticolas de Entre Ríos El encuentro se desarrolló a partir del trabajo interinstitucional que realizan distintos organismos públicos junto a los productores provinciales. miércoles 27 de mayo de 2020 ENTRE RIOS – En el marco de la actual situación en la cual se encuentra nuestro país en relación al Coronavirus (Covid – 19), se replantearon nuevas formas de llegar a los productores con las capacitaciones, motivo por el cual el uso de herramientas como las plataformas virtuales constituyen una alternativa ante la situación que estamos atravesando. En ese contexto, el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (Senasa) participó junto a diversas entidades de una jornada informativa virtual sobre "Producciones Hortícolas y Frutícolas" que se desarrolló el pasado miércoles 20 de Mayo mediante la plataforma Zoom. En la oportunidad la disertación estuvo a cargo de Fernanda Retamar e Ivana Ramallo ambas de la Dirección General de Agricultura de Entre Ríos y de Carolina Kaul del Centro Regional Centro del Senasa. La misma estuvo destinada a productores y al público en general y tuvo como objetivo capacitar en Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas (BPA), remarcar la importancia de estar inscripto en el Registro Nacional Sanitario de Productores Agropecuarios (Renspa), y dar a conocer la Guía de Empaques de frutas y hortalizas para la Agricultura Familiar. Las entidades organizadoras aspiran a capacitar a los productores de la zona, dando conocimiento de las normativas vigentes con el objetivo de promover la implementación de Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas y su correspondiente supervisión, generando empleo genuino y recursos económicos para volcarlos en la economía formal de la Provincia. La convocatoria fue exitosa, hubo 70 inscriptos que participaron de la capacitación. Toda la información de la misma estará disponible para los participantes así como también se les extenderá un certificado de asistencia. Al finalizar la jornada los participantes se mostraron muy conformes con el desarrollo de la capacitación y muy interesados en conocer un cronograma de futuras capacitaciones. La interinstitucionalidad es fundamental para llevar adelante estas acciones conjuntas para lograr la implementación de las Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas y la formalización de los productores hortícolas y frutícolas de la provincia de Entre Ríos. Además del Senasa, el encuentro estuvo organizado por la Municipalidad de Victoria, donde participaron representantes de la Secretaría de Producción y Medio Ambiente del Ministerio de Producción de Entre Ríos; de la Dirección General de Agricultura del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca de la Nación; de la Secretaría de Agricultura Familiar delegación Entre Ríos, de la AER Victoria del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA) y del Colegio de Profesionales de la Agronomía de la provincia.
