El Ministerio de Educación de la Nación avanza en un acuerdo para el ingreso a la educación superior en el 2021 El Ministerio de Educación de la Nación avanza en un acuerdo para el ingreso a la educación superior en el 2021 Con el fin de evitar la deserción en el ingreso a las universidades. martes 09 de junio de 2020 El ministro de Educación de la Nación, Nicolás Trotta, mantuvo una reunión con el Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo Federal de Educación (CFE), autoridades del Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional (CIN) y del Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Privadas (CRUP) con el objetivo de avanzar en un calendario excepcional de inscripción a la educación superior para los egresados del secundario 2020. Se busca la articulación de los ciclos 2020 y 2021 a través del abordaje de las dimensiones formales -como la presentación de documentación- concluyendo satisfactoriamente con los aspectos pedagógicos de cierre de trayectorias educativas. Con el fin de evitar la deserción en el ingreso a las universidades, se avanzará en la planificación de una prórroga en la presentación de la documentación que acredite la finalización de los estudios secundarios de los alumnos que estén cursando quinto o sexto año en la actualidad. El objetivo es contener y brindar respuesta a quienes han visto su último año de educación obligatoria modificado abruptamente en el marco de la pandemia. Del mismo modo, desde la cartera educativa se prevé también la planificación de un módulo específico para los estudiantes que se encuentran en el último año del secundario, que asegure un cierre de los catorce años de educación obligatoria. Durante la reunión Trotta afirmó: "es importante empezar a trabajar en un plan de todo el sistema educativo, con el compromiso y la flexibilidad necesaria para reforzar siempre la continuidad educativa, trabajar por la retención de nuestros estudiantes y por generar todos los canales que permitan en este momento de enorme complejidad llevarle tranquilidad a los estudiantes del último año del secundario como también a las familias". "Debemos generar un marco federal que permita planificar los distintos procesos de ingreso 2021 a los estudios superiores teniendo en cuenta las particularidades y la diversidad de realidades académicas en cuanto a la organización interna de cada universidad", explicó el Ministro. Participaron de la reunión la secretaria General del Consejo Federal de Educación, Marisa Díaz, el secretario de Políticas Universitarias, Jaime Perczyk; por el CIN la presidenta María Delfina Veiravé, el Vicepresidente Rodolfo Tecchi y el coordinador de la Comisión de Asuntos Académicos Oscar Alpa; el presidente del Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Privadas (CRUP), Rodolfo De Vincenzi; y el Comité Ejecutivo del CFE compuesto por el ministro de Educación de La Rioja, Ariel Martínez (NOA), la presidenta del Consejo Provincial de Educación de Santa Cruz, María Cecilia Velázquez (SUR), el director General de Escuelas de Mendoza, José Manuel Thomas (CUYO), la ministra de Educación, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnología de Chaco, Daniela Torrente (NEA) y el ministro de Educación de Córdoba, Walter Grahovac (CENTRO). Acerca del Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional (CIN) El CIN tiene funciones, esencialmente, de coordinación, consulta y propuesta de políticas y estrategias de desarrollo universitario y la promoción de actividades de interés para el sistema público de educación superior. Es, además, órgano de consulta obligada en la toma de decisiones de trascendencia para el sistema universitario. Fue creado en 1985, es el mayor organismo que nuclea las Universidades Nacionales Argentinas. También lo integran los Institutos Universitarios. El ingreso al CIN es voluntario. Cada seis meses se realiza un plenario de rectores.
