Acuerdo entre Nación y Chaco para impulsar normas de planificación urbana Acuerdo entre Nación y Chaco para impulsar normas de planificación urbana Funcionarios del Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat compartieron un encuentro virtual con el gobernador de Chaco, Jorge Capitanich y equipo para conversar sobre la implementación de Procrear en esta provincia. jueves 16 de julio de 2020 El subsecretario de Política de Suelo y Urbanismo Luciano Scatolini, mantuvo una reunión con el gobernador Jorge Capitanich, el intendente de Sáenz Peña Bruno Cipolini y el presidente del Instituto Provincial de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda de Chaco, Diego Arévalo para trabajar en instrumentos de planificación urbana que mejoren las condiciones de acceso al suelo y la vivienda. Durante la reunión, Scatolini señaló que "junto a la ministraBielsay los miembros del Comité Ejecutivo del Programa, estamos convencidos que la ampliación de derechos implica tanto la mejora de las condiciones de vida de las familias como la importancia de la participación del Estado en la dinamización de la economía, promoviendo la construcción de viviendas y generando más calidad de vida". Por su parte, la provincia chaqueña asumió el compromiso de impulsar normas que vayan en ese sentido y para acompañar con políticas de ordenamiento territorial el financiamiento de los programas del Estado nacional. En el encuentro, se puso el foco en la relación entre los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) y el trabajo conjunto entre el Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat y la Provincia, tanto durante la emergencia sanitaria por la pandemia del COVID-19 como en aquellas líneas a implementar o seguir profundizando. Asimismo, se trataron los detalles de Procrear y sus posibilidades en términos de producción de suelo urbano y la oferta de diferentes líneas crédito para la población de la provincia, enmarcadas dentro del criterio federal del Programa. Formaron parte del encuentro también, el Director Nacional de Proyectos Urbanísticos y Habitacionales, Juan Pablo Negro y el Director de Planificación y Desarrollo de Proyectos Martín Motta.
