Existen dos opciones -según el tipo de compra- para elaborar las solicitudes de aceleración de los desembolsos de los proyectos IP COVID: Solicitar un anticipo financiero, destinado a adquisiciones de insumos u otras compras corrientes y/ o contrataciones de servicios comunes. La rendición de los fondos recibidos como anticipo financiero deberá presentarse dentro de los 30 días de recibido el desembolso. Solicitar la adquisición de equipos aunque su compra no esté prevista dentro de los primeros sesenta días.
