Capacitación del Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense sobre técnicas e investigación en búsqueda de personas Capacitación del Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense sobre técnicas e investigación en búsqueda de personas La subsecretaria de Investigación Criminal y Cooperación Judicial, Valentina Novick, encabezó la jornada de capacitación sobre técnicas e investigación en búsqueda de personas que contó con la participación y exposición de Luis Fondebrider, fundador y Director Ejecutivo del Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense. jueves 27 de agosto de 2020 Esta jornada de capacitación forma parte del fortalecimiento que la gestión de la Ministra de Seguridad, Sabina Frederic, viene imprimiéndole al Sistema Federal de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas y Extraviadas (SIFEBU) que actualmente coordina Leticia Risco. Al comienzo del encuentro, Novick explicó: "El Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense es un organismo con prestigio internacional y con gran trayectoria en la búsqueda y reconocimiento de los restos de los compañeros y compañeras desaparecidas en la última dictadura cívico militar, hablando especialmente en nuestro país". Luego, agregó: "desde hace años colabora en la búsqueda e identificación de restos, en el marco de múltiples episodios de mucha trascendencia internacional y política. Desde el inicio de nuestra gestión, los hemos reconvocado para avanzar en un trabajo mancomunado y estamos en vísperas de la firma de un convenio. Es un orgullo que trabajen junto a nosotros". De hecho, los miembros del EAAF ya habían tenido una reunión con Frederic meses atrás para compartir algunas inquietudes y sugerencias sobre el tratamiento de cadáveres en el marco del Covid-19 y de las debilidades que el mismo Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense advierte en materia de protocolos unificados de tratamiento de cuerpos en el país. Luis Fondebrider manifestó: "gracias por la posibilidad de tener esta jornada para comentar conceptos e intercambiar diálogos y saberes que para nosotros son muy importantes. Es necesario aprender mutuamente con las Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado que diariamente prestan servicios en todo el país". Durante la jornada de capacitación que se brindó para el personal de las cuatro Fuerzas Federales de Seguridad y del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación y recorrió una serie de conceptos y puntos a tener en cuenta a la hora de trabajar alrededor de lo que ellos denominan los casos complejos. Se hizo hincapié en los cuidados y reglas necesarias al momento de inspeccionar una zona de trabajo donde se han hallado restos; los pasos previos al hallazgo del cuerpo, que son de crucial importancia para la reconstrucción de los hechos y demás especificidades técnicas que les permitieron a las y los trabajadores de las Fuerzas de Seguridad interiorizarse en cómo trabaja un organismo con el prestigio nacional e internacional como el que posee el Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense. Entre otras particularidades, la exposición de Fondebrider permitió advertir los detalles de una investigación criminal mostrando con una gran pedagogía las diferencias entre los imaginarios sociales y la rigurosidad científica. De allí que, a cada paso de su exposición, brindara ejemplos empíricos que permitían comprender las razones que determinan diferentes temporalidades, rigurosidades, especializaciones, y otros detalles fundamentales para poder establecer las causas, momentos y circunstancias de una muerte.
