El ministro de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis visitó la ciudad de Bahía Blanca donde se reunió con el intendente Héctor Gay para firmar convenios por $400 millones e impulsar obras viales en la ciudad.
En ese sentido, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, a través de Ente Nacional de Obras Hídricas de Saneamiento (ENOHSA), financiará obras de agua y saneamiento, que beneficiarán a 7. 709 personas. Además, en el marco del Plan Argentina Hace se ejecutarán proyectos de pavimentación, desagües e iluminación.
Además, durante la visita, Katopodis supervisó los trabajos sobre la Ruta Nacional Nº 33, en el tramo en el acceso a la Ciudad con Tornquist, una obra que se encontraba ralentizada y que desde enero avanza a buen ritmo. Allí, se está realizando la transformación de esta ruta en autopista a lo largo de 32,35 km, que beneficiará a 4. 261 vehículos que circulan por día en este corredor importante para la producción agrícola-ganadera y cerealera del centro de la provincia.
Además, como parte del Programa de Inversión en Infraestructura Universitaria, Katopodis junto al secretario de Políticas Universitarias, Jaime Perczyk y el decano Liberto Ercoli, firmaron el convenio para el financiamiento de la refuncionalización de la sede de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional en la Ciudad de Bahía Blanca por $68 millones.
También, recorrieron la Universidad Nacional del Sur y firmaron con su rector, Daniel Vega, el acuerdo para la construcción del edificio del Departamento de Derecho por una inversión de $108 millones.
De la visita también participaron el intendente de Lomas de Zamora, Martín Insaurralde; el intendente de Hurlingham, Juan Zabaleta; el subadministrador de ENOHSA, Néstor Álvarez; y el gerente de Vialidad Nacional, Jorge Ruesga. Luego el ministro recorrió con el intendente de Monte Hermoso, Alejandro Dichiara, las obras de alteo y reconstrucción de la calzada en 1,1 km sobre la Ruta Nacional Nº 3, que beneficiará a toda la producción local y turística con una inversión de $42 millones.
