New Virtual Seminar: The railway system in Argentina New Virtual Seminar: The railway system in Argentina This seminar will expand ideas and practical knowledge of the rules and legal principles for planning, management and control of the railway system in Argentina, as a tool to understand the dimension of an activity that directly impacts the lives of the inhabitants of the Nation . In this regard, participants will incorporate a systematic and comprehensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the national railway sector, along with the historical understanding of the current railway policy in Argentina. Also, compared systems which allow us to understand the inclusion of the solutions adopted abroad in our country will be addressed. It aims to achieve a critical judgment and a constructive view of the railway sector, which stands as a policy of unquestioning State in Argentina. Nuevo Seminario Virtual: El Sistema Ferroviario en Argentina Nuevo Seminario Virtual: El Sistema Ferroviario en Argentina Este seminario permitirá ampliar ideas y conocimientos prácticos sobre la normativa y los principios jurídicos aplicables a la planificación, gestión y control del sistema ferroviario en Argentina, como herramienta para entender la dimensión de una actividad que impacta directamente en la vida de los habitantes de la Nación. En este sentido, los participantes incorporarán un conocimiento sistemático e integral del marco jurídico-regulatorio del sector ferroviario nacional, junto con la comprensión histórica de la política ferroviaria vigente en Argentina. Asimismo, se abordarán los sistemas comparados los cuales permitirán comprender la inserción de las soluciones adoptadas en el extranjero en nuestro país.
