NATION ADVANCES IN THE RECOVERY OF THE RN 98 IN NORTHERN SANTA FE
Patching works and repaving are held over 123 kilometers of the road,
between Vera and Tostado, through an investment of $ 890 million by the
Ministry of Transport of the Nation, through National Roads Authority. And
they completed 28 km and advanced to the recovery of the road another 50 km
more.

The first 28 km were executed repaved from Vera west and included patching,
milling and reconstruction of the road in the most damaged points. On these
arrangements a new layer of pavement was placed and was completed with the
horizontal demarcation.
Currently, progress is paving another 5 kilometers on the most damaged
sectors and tasks patching, milling and recycling ridges on another 35
kilometers are made. In this intermediate section, between 28 and 58
kilometers corridor, from July final pavement layer is placed in to
complete the full recovery of the walkway in that area.
"The presence of the National State in northern Santa Fe was essential to
recover the RN 98 that was abandoned and impassable and today shows its
progress. Despite being the only road link between east and west Santa Fe,
it was shunned by many users because of their poor condition. Now you can
choose again this way, saving time and travel costs to mobilize this
growing region that is of vital importance for the movement of agricultural
loads. The work started just over a year, and 65% completed despite the
affectations of the water emergency area suffered repeated by the
