Based on the current rules governing the actions on care and treatment in
Mental Health, on Monday, June 3 started a course to problematize and
reflect the various factors that affect the implementation of the New
Mental Health Act.
The proposal by the lawyer Silvia Rodriguez, coordinator of Healthcare
Legal Service of the National Hospital in Red "Lic. Laura Bonaparte ".
During three meetings, teacher plans a historicizing the legal framework
relating to mental health and addictions, starting from mid-twentieth
century, then make a detailed analysis of the National Mental Health Act
No. 26,657 enacted in 2010 and currently in effect. Finally, clinical cases
that account for the complexity of the implementation of legislation in
different socio-political contexts will be addressed.
Bonaparte Hospital seeks from these instances, consolidate its position as
a leading institution in Mental Health and Addictions giving their workers
and the general public in thematic training areas concerning public health.
