MISSIONS: WE SEIZED NEARLY 60 KILOS OF MARIJUANA AND STOPPED A NARCO

The Naval Prefecture Argentina arrested a narco hiding nearly 60 kilos of
marijuana in a car without pressing the zone of Corpus, Misiones province.
I seized equivalent to more than 175,000 doses of the drug.
"We are working, as every day of the year, often in difficult terrain,
investing in prevention and federal deployment to achieve Argentina No
Dope," said Security Minister Patricia Bullrich, who promoted the Joint
Operation Open Frontera (OCAF) coordinated by the undersecretary of border
Control and Surveillance, Matias Lobos.
Following the guidelines of the Ministry of National Security, by Patricia
Bullrich, the staff of the Naval Prefecture, an institution directed by
Eduardo Scarzello, thoroughly patrolled the above area to combat the
complex crime in all its forms.
In the National Route 12, at the height of Tabay creek, effective force
identified a vehicle that, when leaving the coastal area, made a turn
in "U" on the route and stopped at the shoulder.
Faced with this suspicious maneuver, Prefecture staff began to follow, so
the driver got out of the car with the intention to flee but was arrested.
Once in the local unit, it was found that the vehicle carrying about 60
kilos of marijuana buds.
Involved in the case, the Federal Court of Oberá, by Dr. José Luis Casals,
who ordered the seizure of drugs and the arrest of narco character involved
in solitary confinement.
