Wednesday June 5, 2019
From the implementation of these regulations to all natural person or
ideals involved in the production of peas and / or malting barley must
declare in the SISA system administered by the AFIP, and at the time of
preparing the affidavit detail is required cultivars used during the
campaign management with their respective areas sown by cultivating, as
with soybeans, wheat and cotton.
Since the implementation of SISA in November 2018, the INASE receives
declared by producers information that allows you to keep under
surveillance and control more comprehensive, as regards the acquisition
chain seed and own use made of it, and ensure a balance between the rights
of farmers and holders of the varieties used, as laid down in Article 27 of
the Seed Law 20.247.
Vetch cultivation has become a relevant importance nationally and
internationally, and in the case of malting barley production has shown
outstanding as a winter crop and growth in recent years. Adding these
crops, it is the beginning of many others that will be added soon as a tool
available to the agency to improve efficiency, control and inspection of
seed activity in our country.
