It comprises training, technical assistance and financial assistance for planning studies and computer equipment. advances were also presented in the Draft Law on Land Planning and Habitat, which will be discussed with the provinces in the next Assembly, updating the Strategic Plan Territorial (PET), planning guidelines for localities between 2000 and 50000 inhabitants, the study of territorial systems, work around the towns nearby as well as continuous updating of the Atlas ID and Urban Observatory. The provinces detailed the problems of their territories and advances in planning. To date they have had meetings with representatives of the provinces of Jujuy, Tucuman, Catamarca, Santiago of the Estero, La Rioja, Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Rios, Santa Fe, Cordoba, San Juan, Mendoza, Neuquen, La Pampa, Rio Black , Chubut and Tierra of the Fire.

Reunión con los representantes de COFEPLAN Reunión con los representantes de COFEPLAN La Dirección Nacional de Planificación Estratégica Territorial del Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat realizó una serie de reuniones virtuales en el marco de la asamblea del COFEPLAN. lunes 27 de julio de 2020 En estas reuniones participaron el Director Nacional de Planificación Estratégica Territorial Arq. Ricardo Kingsland y la Directora de Estrategia de Gestión y Ordenamiento Territorial Arq. Mariana Kossoy. El COFEPLAN es el ámbito de encuentro entre las provincias, la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y el Gobierno Nacional en torno a la planificación y organización de las políticas territoriales dirigidas a lograr un país equilibrado, integrado y sustentable. A lo largo de los encuentros, se presentaron las principales líneas de trabajo, como el Programa de Fortalecimiento institucional financiado por FONPLATA. El mismo comprende capacitaciones, asistencia técnica y financiera para estudios de planificación y equipamiento informático. También se presentaron los avances en el Anteproyecto de Ley de Ordenamiento Territorial y Hábitat, que se debatirá con las Provincias en la próxima Asamblea, la actualización del Plan Estratégico Territorial (PET), las Directrices de Planificación para localidades entre 2000 y 50000 habitantes, el Estudio de los Sistemas Territoriales, el trabajo alrededor de las ciudades de proximidad, así como también la continua actualización del Atlas ID y el Observatorio Urbano. Las provincias detallaron las problemáticas de sus territorios y los avances en planificación. Hasta la fecha se han tenido reuniones con representantes de las provincias de Jujuy, Tucumán, Catamarca, Santiago del Estero, La Rioja, Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Santa Fé, Córdoba, San Juan, Mendoza, Neuquén, La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut y Tierra del Fuego.
