"For the first time in our country we will implement a national monitoring system with cross information provided by various government sources for monitoring coronavirus, dengue and measles. This is made possible by the National Early Warning System and Monitoring Emergency (SINAME) under the Security Ministry, "adding that" we are expanding capabilities to include other ministries and actors who can add their own information to enrich the database, which allows us to optimize risk management ". The meeting discussed the development of a new database composed of various sources of information provided by multiple agencies of the State planned. From this, it is possible to identify, on a digital map of the country, the evolution of each case by territory and, if necessary, access a density map that will show the most important trouble spots at all times. Undersecretary Risk Management and Civil Protection, Patricia Báez Rocha explained: "We work with a web portal to which all stakeholders can access to keep active and updated in real time, information to create risk maps". In addition, the database will include the 159 border crossings and medical centers closest to them and allow a more precise approach concentrating gathering information in one place. Mecanismo de georreferencia para el seguimiento de coronavirus, dengue y sarampión El Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, a cargo de Sabina Frederic, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, junto con representantes de ministerios nacionales y distintos organismos del Estado fueron convocados por el Sistema Nacional para la Gestión Integral del Riesgo (SINAGIR), para articular esfuerzos y consolidar la información sobre la evolución del CORAV-19, Dengue y Sarampión. martes 10 de marzo de 2020 En ese marco, el secretario de Articulación Federal de la Seguridad, Gabriel Fuks, y la subsecretaria de Gestión el Riesgo y Protección Civil, Patricia Báez Rocha, presentaron el sistema de monitoreo de geo-referencia para procesar datos y producir información de modo que, las áreas que así lo requieran puedan definir las maneras de actuar ante los diferentes casos de dengue, coronavirus y sarampión. La presentación estuvo dirigida a los diferentes representantes del Estado que requieren acceder a este tipo de informaciones. "Por primera vez en nuestro país aplicaremos un sistema nacional de monitoreo con información cruzada provista por distintas fuentes gubernamentales para el seguimiento de coronavirus, dengue y sarampión. Esto es posible gracias al Sistema Nacional de Alerta y Monitoreo de Emergencias (SINAME), dependiente del Ministerio de Seguridad ", y agregó que "estamos ampliando las capacidades para incorporar otros ministerios y actores que puedan sumar información propia para enriquecer la base de datos, que nos permita optimizar la gestión el riesgo". En la reunión se planificó la elaboración de una nueva base de datos compuesta por diversas fuentes de información aportadas por múltiples agencias del Estado. A partir de ésta, es posible identificar, en un mapa digital del país, la evolución de cada caso por territorio y, de ser necesario, acceder a un mapa de densidad que mostrará los focos problemáticos más importantes en cada momento. La subsecretaria de Gestión de Riesgo y Protección Civil, Patricia Báez Rocha detalló: "trabajamos con un portal web al que todos los actores involucrados pueden acceder para mantener activa y actualizada, en tiempo real, la información para crear los mapas de riesgo". Además, la base de datos contará con los 159 pasos fronterizos y los centros médicos especializados más cercanos a éstos y permitirá un abordaje más preciso concentrando el acopio de información en un solo lugar. Para concluir con la mesa de trabajo, Báez Rocha explicó cómo funciona el SINAME que, principalmente, recolecta información de diferentes instituciones y organismos y elabora mapas de situación para que los funcionarios tomen las medidas necesarias. Esto permite hacer un seguimiento y monitoreo de la situación de interés. Del encuentro participaron funcionarios de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros y de los ministerios de Salud, Ambiente, Desarrollo Social, Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto, Agricultura, Trabajo, Interior, entre otros. También estuvieron presentes representantes de las fuerzas de seguridad y el Consejo de Federaciones de Bomberos Voluntarios.
