Día del Bombero Voluntario Día del Bombero Voluntario Este 2 de junio, desde el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, realizamos distintas actividades para reconocer y homenajear a las Bomberas y Bomberos Voluntarios de nuestro país. viernes 26 de junio de 2020 Terminamos el día de la manera más triste, con la pérdida de dos Bomberos de la Ciudad, el comandante Ariel Gastón Vázquez y subcomandante Maximiliano Firma Paz, fallecidos en el incendio de Villa Crespo. En homenaje a ellos, el 4 de junio a las 11. 30 se realizó un toque de sirena en todo el país. Es por eso que lo primero que queremos es conmemorar y recordar a los Bomberos y Bomberas caídos en servicio y queremos, también, agradecerles a quienes nos recibieron, escribieron o formaron parte de las actividades que realizamos ese día por el cariño con el que abrazan esta vocación. Actividades por el día del Bombero Voluntario Comenzamos el Día del Bombero Voluntario visitando el cuartel de San Miguel. Participamos del acto para homenajear a los caídos y agradecer el trabajo que realizan siempre y especialmente en estos momentos para cuidarnos. Por la tarde, la ministra de Seguridad de la Nación, Sabina Frederic, acompañada por el secretario de Articulación Federal de la Seguridad, Gabriel Fuks, y por la Directora de Bomberos Voluntarios de este Organismo, Virginia Laino, encabezó el homenaje por el Día del Bombero Voluntario. El evento fue compartido por streaming y contó con la participación de los cuarteles de La Boca (CABA), Río Hondo (Santiago del Estero), Pérez (Santa Fe), Benavídez (Buenos Aires) y Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego). En el contexto actual se hace necesario asegurar la continuidad operativa de los servicios que ustedes brindan. Al respecto, sabemos que los cuarteles se han visto directamente afectados por la reducción en las recaudaciones de las cuotas sociales y otros ingresos y estamos realizando un esfuerzo para que la mayor cantidad de cuarteles estén en condiciones de percibir el subsidio establecido por la Ley 25054. Con el trabajo de regularización de rendiciones de subsidios y de autoridades que hemos llevado adelante en las últimas semanas, así como con el resultado exitoso de las gestiones del Ministerio de Seguridad para impulsar el incremento en la asignación de la cuota de este trimestre en 250 Millones de pesos, vamos a lograr que la mayoría de cuarteles accedan al subsidio antes de la mitad del año. La responsabilidad de un estado presente es nuestro objetivo principal y junto al sistema nacional de bomberos voluntarios trabajamos día a día para que eso no sea solo un lema, sino una realidad concreta Sé que decirles feliz día no es suficiente, como así también que nuestro esfuerzo por asegurar los pagos del subsidio no se compara con la tarea que despliegan día a día para proteger cada comunidad en sus localidades, por eso les reitero el saludo y nuestro compromiso de seguir trabajando juntos.
