National State in Parque Patricios neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires.
This project, called "Project Private Public Participation - 01 Offices for
the National State" includes the design, construction, financing and
operation of a building for offices for use by the National State,
fulfilling the Standards Manual Workspaces . It lasts ten years from the
delivery of the property. The land on which the project will be developed
with an area of ​​12,302.85 m2 and is located on Avenida Amancio Alcorta to
2,600.

Agency for Administration of State Property, is the construction of 60000
square meters in Parque Patricios, on land belonging to the Federal
Government, through the system of Public Private Partnership (PPP ). The

in early July, ending the last day of September the receipt of tenders.
Awarding the contract will be the last days of this year. It has awarded
the construction within 44 months and then the contract considers the
operation and maintenance of it for 10 years.

paid over 10 years with a loan at a rate that will depend on the proposals

Agency State property.
Payment of private investment is done by titles Investment (TPI) that are
issued on a quarterly basis depending on the progress of the construction
work, while the operation and maintenance will be monthly by Titles by
Availability (TPD).
It is a joint initiative between the Agency of State Property Management
(AABE), the Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (BICE) and the
Secretariat for Public Private Partnerships, the Chief of Staff of the
Nation.

Aires, with the transfer of the Buenos Aires government offices and
