IT INTRODUCED THE FIRST UNIFIED DATABASE OF THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF COMPANIES

The national government launched the first unified database of legal
entities registered in the 24 jurisdictions in the country, available in an
online platform free public access.
Centralized in the National Register of Societies (RNS) of the Ministry of
Justice and Human Rights, this database is created periodically update from
the list of tax subjects provided by the AFIP. The body, through the CUIT,
has a uniform identification criteria for all legal persons registered,
including 27,444 in the Law Simplification and bureaucratization for the
productive development of the nation.
The query system is free and open access to any public authority, judges
and the general public, and is developed and published by the Ministry of
Government Modernization.
Entering the website with the CUIT or business name of the legal entity,
the RNS provides information that avoids risks of homonyms and reduces
costs and time diligenciamiento, and from the data of legal settlement
consultant will know the local jurisdiction of registration to which go to
apply the corporate recorded information required in each case.
This way you can access the data linked to the date of its social contract
entity, the corporate type, legal address and tax identification number of
local registration and the latest update of information, among others.
The RNS includes domestic and foreign entities registered in any of the
public records of trade in the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos
Aires. Its organization and functioning is under the Ministry of Justice,
after the transfer of the competition so far had the General Inspectorate
of Justice.
