BRAZIL IS NO MECHANISM FOR THE PREVENTION OF TORTURE

The National Committee for the Prevention of Torture (NPTC) rejected the
decree No. 9832 by which the President Jair Bolsonaro exonerated the
National delMecanismo members for the Prevention and Fight Against Torture
