HE STARTED REPAVING MORE THAN 200 KM OF ROUTE 11 BETWEEN RECONQUISTA AND RESISTANCE

With the start of this section, the Government is already working on 540 km
of the 660 km to be rehabilitated in total between Timbúes in Santa Fe and
Resistencia, Chaco. The project will benefit more than 16,000 users a day
and is funded by The Department for Transport, through National Road, from
a more than $ 1 billion investment.
As part of the comprehensive rehabilitation of the RN 11 work they began
repaving the stretch of 207 km extending from Reconquista, Santa Fe, to
Resistencia, in Chaco. The main focus of the work takes place at the height
of Basail town, located near the interprovincial boundary between Chaco and
Santa Fe.
"We are transforming a route that was in a state of neglect, providing more
security for thousands of Argentines who use it every day, expediting
transit for localities that crosses the RN 11. In addition, by improving
road infrastructure, we are benefiting . regional and nationwide producers
who can transport their cargo through a broker in better conditions, saving
travel time and logistics costs such works generate employment, boost the

After maintenance and preliminary weeding, this week started work surface
and deep patching and repair of the roadway deformation in different parts
of the corridor south of the Chaco territory.
The whole project includes repaving and pothole repair, bridge repair,
reconditioning banquinas, placement and replacement of metal bumpers, new
horizontal and vertical signage and repair and cleaning of the hydraulic
system in a total of 660 km of the RN 11.
The work extends from Timbúes, on the outskirts of Rosario to Resistencia,
Chaco. -RN variant 1V11- corridor between the cities of Santa Fe and
Recreation and similar work on the RN A009, a corridor of 12 km connecting
the port of Reconquista with the RN 11 is also resurface.
Earlier this month began the work of deep and surface patching in Santa Fe.
They are currently being developed between Gdor. Candioti and Nelson and
between Gdor. Crespo and Videla, while soon be extended to the outskirts of
the provincial capital, in Recreo.
