El Ministerio de Salud de la Nación incluyó hoy a Brasil y Chile a la lista de países que integran la zona de riesgo del nuevo coronavirus (COVID-19), ya que registran circulación comunitaria.
Esto implica que las personas que ingresen a Argentina provenientes de estos dos nuevos países, también deberán realizar un aislamiento obligatorio durante 14 días y no concurrir a lugares públicos como ámbitos laborales, recreativos, deportivos y sociales. En el caso de los turistas, también deberán cumplir el aislamiento preventivo y, si no presentan síntomas, podrán elegir entre cumplir el aislamiento o regresar a su país.
Además, tal como lo indica el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia 260/ 2020 firmado por el Presidente de la Nación, Alberto Fernández, en el cual se declaró la emergencia sanitaria, las personas que arriben de los países que integran dicha lista, deberán brindar información sobre su itinerario y someterse a los exámenes médicos correspondientes para determinar su estado de salud y potencial riesgo de contagio.
Cabe recordar, que tal como lo establecen los artículos 205 y 239 del Código Penal, quienes incumplan el aislamiento indicado, serán investigados y denunciados por la posible comisión de delitos.
Al momento las zonas de riesgo con transmisión comunitaria de COVID-19 son: China, Corea del Sur, Japón, Irán, Europa, Estados Unidos, Chile y Brasil.
