"La presencia de estos animales en la Bahía se da con poca frecuencia", sostuvieron los especialistas, quienes explicaron que los ejemplares, buscando alimento, se adentraron en la zona debido a la disminución de la actividad marítima comercial, en el marco de las medidas implementadas para hacer frente a la pandemia. De inmediato, la Prefectura montó un operativo de control, con el objetivo de preservar la fauna y brindar seguridad. En ese sentido, la Estación Costera de la Fuerza emitió un aviso a los navegantes, mientras custodiaba, a bordo de embarcaciones, toda el área.
