Tuesday August 4, 2020 The holder of the Executive Committee to Combat Trafficking, Gustavo Vera, remained a virtual meeting with members of the organization "pibas x abolition". Of the meeting also he participated Alika Kinan, national reference in the fight against trafficking and sexual exploitation. The organization, which brings together some 140 activists from across the country, is characterized by the young profile of its members and mainstreaming, since the shape militants from various organizations, parties and university courses but united under one goal which is identified with the abolition of the prostituyente system. In the nearly two-hour meeting, they discussed the role of the Committee, the functions incumbent by law and the main actions of the biennial Plan 2020-2022 which is currently under development. The importance was also mentioned that since the state is articulate, coordinate and listen to civil society organizations. Meanwhile, those who make up "pibas x abolitionism" I expressed to the director of the Committee the importance of working prevention at all levels of education including teachers and students, the relevance of the state, while generating cultural content, disseminate accurate information on sexual exploitation and risk of falling victim to trafficking networks. Reunión con referentes de Pibas Abolicionistas Reunión con referentes de Pibas Abolicionistas Continúan los encuentros semanales con organizaciones de la sociedad civil. martes 04 de agosto de 2020 El titular del Comité Ejecutivo de Lucha contra la Trata, Gustavo Vera, mantuvo una reunión virtual con integrantes de la organización "Pibas x la abolición". Del encuentro también participó Alika Kinan, referente nacional de la lucha contra la trata y la explotación sexual. La organización, que nuclea a unas 140 militantes de todo el país, se caracteriza por el perfil joven de sus integrantes y por la transversalidad, ya que la conforman militantes de distintas organizaciones, partidos y carreras universitarias pero unidas bajo un mismo objetivo que es identificarse con la abolición del sistema prostituyente. En el encuentro de casi dos horas, se conversó sobre el rol del Comité, las funciones que por ley le competen y las principales acciones del Plan bienal 2020-2022 que actualmente se encuentra en proceso de elaboración. También se mencionó la importancia que desde el Estado se articule, coordine y escuche a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil. Por su parte, quienes integran "Pibas x el abolicionismo" le manifestaron al director del Comité la importancia de trabajar la prevención en los distintos niveles educativos incluyendo a docentes y alumnos, la relevancia de que el Estado, en tanto generador de contenidos culturales, difunda información precisa sobre la explotación sexual y los riesgos de ser víctima de las redes de trata. Por último, se mencionó la relevancia en torno a la ESI Ley de Educación Sexual Integral para el tratamiento de los temas abordados.
