PPP: PREVENTIVE SUSPENSION OF THE HERBICIDE WENKO NT

Senasa ordered it after verifying that the product of the firm AGM
ARGENTINA SA does not comply with the statement on file registration with
the National Register of Plant Therapy.

Buenos Aires - The National Health Service and Food Quality (Senasa)
ordered the preventive suspension of the herbicide Wenko NT on the National
Register of Plant Therapy and its use certificates and marketing, after
checking that the product does not comply with the statement in his
registration dossier.
For this reason, he granted the firm AGM ARGENTINA SA within one hundred
eighty days to regularize the situation of their product, which up-and
maintained señalada- irregularity shall cancel it.
As part of a routine a sample of said product Wenko Nt and laboratory
results showed a difference in the concentration of active ingredient
stated by the firm, so it was decided to preventive suspension was taken.
