ENVIRONMENT PRESENTS THE FOURTH EDITION OF PROESUS COMPETITION FOR ENTREPRENEURS SUSTAINABLE

There is time until May 12 to present this initiative, which will award
fifteen innovative proposals with positive environmental impact. Published
on Monday April 22, 2019. The Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable
Development launched the fourth edition of the National Competition
PROESUS, made under the National Program for Sustainable Entrepreneurship
Development, which rewards outstanding initiatives in promoting
sustainability and the use of new technologies in our country. The call
seeks to detect, until 12 May, innovative ventures positive environmental
impact and then contribute to its strengthening. Participants must be over
18 and must register by completing a form available at
www.argentina.gob.ar/proesus. The submitted projects may be individual or
group and should be directed to issues such as: climate action, water
consumption and production, design, education and tourism, energy, waste,
natural resources, agriculture, transport and mobility, and finally,
housing and construction. The jury-composed of representatives of national
and related areas related to environmental protection, sustainable
development and entrepreneurial community will select fifteen sustentables-
winning ventures. They will have access to a strengthening program; to
advice from the technicians of the National Institute of Industrial
Technology (INTI); a space like "coworking" work; to participate in the
community of outstanding entrepreneurs by PROESUS sustainable, with network
access support and assistance; the dissemination of their initiatives, to
obtain the hallmark of "Sustainable Entrepreneurship" given the area of ​​
Environment of the Nation; and the ability to access a differential
weighting in the evaluation of Seed Fund Program of the Ministry of
Production and Labor. New in this edition, among the winners proposing
innovative and scalable solutions to the challenge posed by the
indiscriminate use of plastic products a special award from the Ministry of
National Environment called "Challenge # Plastics" will be awarded. The
solutions may be embodied related to minimizing plastic single-use, reuse,
recycling, bio-based or biodegradable plastics and sanitation micro and
macro plastics in coastal areas, among others. Also, one of the elect will
become the Ambassador PROESUS 2020-which will be defined in the closing
event of the Fourth National Meeting to be held in July- PROESUS accessing
a scholarship to participate in the competition CRAFT 2019, the training
program for entrepreneurs from IAE Business School at its headquarters in
Pilar, province of Buenos Aires. Moreover, the projects selected directly
linked to the energy axis will compete, additionally, by the "Special
mention energy," which will be granted by the Ministry of Energy, Ministry
of Finance of the Nation and the prize will consist of two scholarships
study for a postgraduate course on the subject. There will also be
a "special mention youth", to determine among the outstanding projects that
have one or more team members within the age range of 18-29 years. It will
