CODE OF GOOD PRACTICE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC SOFTWARE
New provision on the Code of Good Practice for Public Software Development.
A framework for the agencies on best practices involved in the whole cycle
that involves software applications and how to address the challenges
related to sustainable production in government on Tuesday 07 May 2019.
During 2018 we shared with you a new approach to digital transformation in
government in which we present the Decalogue Technology for sustainable
development of digital products. This time we are pleased to announce that
we have released a new provision (DI-2019-2-APN-ONTI # JGM) that
complements and extends the initiative of the Decalogue Technology,
focusing on the development of public software in order to improve work
culture and adapt it to the current challenges in the technological
equipment of the National Public Sector agencies. The Code of Good Practice
for the Development of Public Software contains general guidelines and
specific recommendations in the software development cycle in Public
Administration. It is a framework for agencies on best practices involved
in the whole cycle that involves software applications and how to address
the challenges related to sustainable production in government. Its
preparation is the result of a collaborative effort between different
referents and agencies in several instances including community events
Digital AR. Since the technologies are improving and there are new tools
the guide of good practices will be reviewed and updated at least 2 times
per year and we invite the entire community of laboratory technicians and
related join updating contacting us through the channels usual
communication. As in 2018, we consider important to accompany the process
of cultural transformation that involves adapting to new regulations so we
will be calling them in the coming weeks to join the four (4) workshops
take place at the offices of the Secretariat Modernization and soon we'll
be calling these means.
