IN JUJUY BEGAN THE INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON RURAL COMMUNITY TOURISM
Until 31 May is holding the International Seminar of the World Tourism
Organization, the theme of this edition is Rural Community Tourism. 151

Secretary of Tourism of Argentina, Gustavo Santos, along with officials
from the World Tourism Organization, opened the international seminar which
is organized by the UNWTO Academy and the Ministry of Tourism of the
Nation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in the
province of Jujuy. Takes place until May 31, 2019, in San Salvador de Jujuy
and the theme is "Rural Community Tourism endogenous development
model" .Santos stressed the importance of continuing to work for tourism
reaches every corner of our country, "there are places where tourism,
places which does not reach any other economic activity arrives. These
places are visited by travelers who need to find a different one and
looking forward to exchanging human experiences. "
Minister of Culture and Tourism of Jujuy, Federico Posadas, said in Jujuy
35 communities have joined the Community Tourism Network, adding that: "The
idea is that communities give value to their places so they can join this
new tourist trend world ".
This course aims to provide public managers with the knowledge and skills
necessary tools so they can deal effectively and efficiently the phenomenon
of rural community tourism, thereby enhancing local development through
strengthening self-management program includes 5 comunitaria.Dicho days of
theoretical and practical course given by international facilitators
defined by the WTO for 45 officials (Argentine and international) of
tourism administrations and professionals in the same sector who will be
provided with a solid training and specialized in Rural Community Tourism,
contributing to updating your formación.El course includes a technical
visit in which participants will have the opportunity to talk with the most
relevant players in the management of rural tourism communities Tres Pozos
(Salinas Grandes) and San Francisco de Alfarcito. The technical visit will
take place on Wednesday 29 May.
This proposal training under the theoretical and practical method plans a

Tourism which was headed by the Secretary Santos and chaired by the
President of CFT, José María Arrúa and included the participation of 18
provinces, the Ministry of Government of National Tourism (SECTUR), the
INPROTUR and Argentina Chamber of Tourism. presentations from various areas
of SECTUR were made: Promotion, Statistics, Investment and Development;
INPROTUR; CAT, and there was a meeting of the Working Committee for Digital
Integration and Inversiones.El CFT is a federal advisory body composed of
the Secretary of Tourism of the Nation, a representative of the official
tourism body in each province and of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
