JOINT TRAINING OF AGRICULTURAL TRADE CONTROL AND SENASA
More than 200 people including students, teachers and the general public at
the National University of Tucuman. also attended pork producers from
different localities of the province and Frias, Santiago del Estero.

The Ministry of Government Agribusiness, through the National Directorate
of Agricultural Commercial Control (DNCCA), in joint effort with the
National Health Service and Food Quality (Senasa) conducted training to
update knowledge of products, balanced food products and finished.
The workshop mode, the formative meeting was in the village of La Cocha
Tucuman, involving students in the last years of agro-technical schools,
pork producers in the area of Frias, Santiago del Estero and Tucumán
other departments.
The central themes of the conference, were focused on the international and
national dynamic falling on byproducts mechanical extraction processes (I
extruded-pressing); chemical (solvents); fought and fermentative. Another

years of the Faculty, teachers from various departments of the House of
Studies and the general public.
It is planning a similar training during the month of June in Santiago del
Estero.
Importantly, these joint training initiatives undertaken in the last months
of 2018 and so far in 2019 have had the participation of more than 500
people between federal security forces, provincial and municipal staff
