The Ministry of Government reports that several joint Agribusiness
Resolutions of its Ministry of Food and Bio-economy and the Secretariat
Regulatory and Health Management of the Ministry of Health Government were
updated in the Argentine Food Code (C.A.A.).
"Updating the regulatory framework, whose key competitiveness of our
companies and food, is key to remain the supermarket of the world," said
Secretary of Food and Bioeconomy, and president of the National Food
Commission (CONAL) Andrés Murchison.
Resolution No.15 / 2019modifica Articles 949 (olives), 950 (green olives),
951 (black olives), 952 (black olives Californian type), 953 (stuffed
olives) and 954 (black olives Greek type), and incorporates the Code food
Argentina (CAA) two new types of presentation of green and black olives:
you descarozadas / pitted and sliced. This update sets rules
physicochemical parameters for each type of olive brine specific
presentation of the product coverage under provisions, and also regulates
aspects of labeling. Olives package must belong to the same variety, and be
