With the new railway ring Santa Fe freight train stops around the city,
eliminating waiting times at railroad crossings and generating an
unprecedented transformation in the urban area of the city, furrowed

The Ministry of Transport through Railway Infrastructure Argentinos, will
launch the tender tomorrow to finalize the work, with an estimated $ 100
million investment will generate 900 jobs, an estimated 2 ½ years term.

mega-project adds to the improvements we are making to revive the Belgrano
Cargas, and revenue to ports in Bahia Blanca and Greater Rosario for Growth

Thanks to this work freight trains avoid entering densely urban areas of
the metropolitan area of Greater Santa Fe and will run on the new sector

level crossings.
Currently, freight trains coming and going to and from the northern
provinces through the city of Santa Fe and circulate itinerary speed of 20
km / h. Belgrano Cargas passes with 2 daily trains that take more than 10
hours to cross the city and reach the ports of Rosario. The new bypass will
allow them to do at 60 km / h and enable transiting between 8 and 10 trains
a day, up to 100 cars and in just 2 hours.

On March 25, the City of Santa Fe and Trains Argentinos charges signed an
agreement to take action while advancing the works of the ring, and
