Minister of Interior, Public Works and Housing, Rogelio Frigerio, and the
governor of Santiago del Estero, Gerardo Zamora, led in santiagueña city of
La Banda's inauguration of urban infrastructure in the city and delivering
over a thousand homes which they were built with funds from the national
government.
"This is a neighborhood where it was needed more investment, more work,
more asphalt, more gutters, storm drains more, more light, more water, more
cloaca, that's what this project ended up becoming a reality. They are all
works that we are working as a team. As I said recently the governor,
working together and neighbors, it could achieve on time and within the
budget that had been set and transparently, accordingly, "Frigerio said at
the ceremony which was also attended by Mayor Pablo Mirolo.
In Villa Sarmiento, Frigerio and Zamora toured basic infrastructure and
community building that included a system of sewage and household
connections, gutters and street paving, sidewalks and lighting of the
neighborhood, a multipurpose room and a sports playón
In total, the Government invested 31.4 million pesos to ensure improvement
of quality of life more than 800 families.
Then Frigerio and Zamora led the ceremony of 1050 homes in neighborhoods
Las Moras (250 vivendas) and Mama Antula (800 homes) requiring an
investment of 445 million pesos.
The minister and the governor signed a memorandum of transfer of equipment
from the National Registry of Persons (Renaper) for taking digital
procedures and Passport DNI.
