Staff Naval Prefecture Argentina seized, this morning, 426 packages
containing merchandise smuggled in two raids that took place in Alba Posse
(Misiones), following the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of National
Security to combat smuggling.
The procedure was the result of research work conducted by the personnel of
the Force, led by Eduardo Scarzello, which allowed pave a shop and an
adjoining garage, where it is presumed illegal gathering goods are made.
Trade inside two people, a man and a woman, both of Argentina nationality
and 48, who owns the place was identified.
After an exhaustive requisitioning, which was assisted by staff of the
AFIP-Customs, a lot of goods of foreign origin was found, without customs
guarantee or documentation to support its acquisition and marketing.
It is about 426 packages containing clothing and footwear for men, women
and children, linens, appliances, toys, bazaar items, electronic
accessories and tools.
Merchandise, whose market value exceeds 14.200000 pesos was available to
the Customs Obera (Misiones).
Intervenes in the Federal Court of First Instance Subrogating fact that
locality by Dr. Jose Luis Casals, who ordered the confiscation of the cargo
and both involved will be subject to the cause.
