Senasa recommended procedures remotely and avoid going to offices

Buenos Aires - According to the measures taken by the national government and public awareness to prevent the circulation of the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV), we suggest that users attend our offices only urgent or strictly necessary issues.
Senasa systems are functioning normally and we recommend its use. We work on consolidation and providing the possibility that the procedures and arrangements are made so online, without having to travel to the offices.
We are committed to providing remote care and answer user queries. They can communicate to local offices by phone or via email, since it reduced staff attends regular schedule.

Buenos Aires - De acuerdo a las medidas dispuestas por el Gobierno nacional y de público conocimiento para evitar la circulación del nuevo coronavirus (2019-nCoV), sugerimos a los usuarios concurrir a nuestras oficinas únicamente por cuestiones urgentes o estrictamente necesarias.
Los sistemas del Senasa funcionan con normalidad y recomendamos su utilización. Trabajamos en su consolidación y en brindar la posibilidad de que se realicen los trámites y gestiones de manera online, sin necesidad de trasladarse a las oficinas.
Estamos comprometidos en brindar atención a distancia y responder las consultas de los usuarios. Se pueden comunicar a las oficinas locales por teléfono o vía correo electrónico, dado que se atiende con personal reducido en horario habitual.
