La SIGEN entregó informes de auditoría a la intervención de Vicentin La SIGEN entregó informes de auditoría a la intervención de Vicentin En el marco de la intervención dispuesta por el Gobierno Nacional en la empresa Vicentin, la Sindicatura General de la Nación envió al órgano de intervención de la empresa el resultado de las auditorías desarrolladas en la ciudad de Avellaneda, Santa Fe. lunes 20 de julio de 2020 La SIGEN presentó tres informes que reflejan el resultado de su corta gestión. El primero, referido a la situación de la empresa al momento de hacerse presente en la administración. Otro correspondiente a un estudio sobre el sistema informático de Vicentin, y un tercer informe con las consideraciones que surgen de las Actas de Directorio de los dos últimos años. Los documentos de las auditorías dan cuenta de situaciones extremadamente confusas, que estarían orientadas a diluir la participación y la responsabilidad de accionistas de Vicentin en distintas empresas nacionales e internacionales. En este orden, el equipo de auditores -encabezado por el Gerente Dr. Juan Manuel Suárez e integrado por otros 10 funcionarios- solicitó información sobre la composición accionaria de la sociedades en las cuales Vicentin es accionista minoritario. Sin embargo, por la misma falta de información aportada por la empresa, no se pudo verificar la real conformación del paquete de sociedades que integra. El análisis de las actuaciones de SIGEN parece reflejar la enredada vinculación entre estas empresas y cómo estos manejos afectaron en forma directa a los trabajadores de la firma, a los productores de la provincia, y a la banca Nacional e Internacional. Debe destacarse que el órgano interventor elevó la información brindada por SIGEN a la justicia, que tiene a su cargo el Caso Vicentin, como antecedentes de la conducta de la empresa.
