Minister of Social Development of the Nation, Daniel Arroyo, Governor Axel Kicillof and provincial minister Andrés Larroque launched the Empower Work program in the province of Buenos Aires.

Minister of Social Development of the Nation, Daniel Arroyo; the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof; and the Minister of Community Development of the Province, Andrés Larroque, led this morning the signing of the Labor Enhance national program, which will promote the socio inclusion in the province of Buenos Aires.
At the launch ceremony, Arroyo said "this is the social policy of the pospandemia we are launching across the country by President Alberto Fernández". The minister explained that suggests that "local development is rebuilt from the bottom up. The State must accompany the informal sector with machines, tools and training, enhancing the conditions of each of the territories. "
For his part, Governor Kicillof said that "what we are doing is essential and marks a shift in social policy is to give you access to bonaerenses the right to work". In this first stage they signed the adherence to the program of its municipalities mayors: Mariano Cascallares (Almirante Brown); Jorge Ferraresi (Avellaneda); Fabian Cagliardi (Berisso); Fernando Moreira (San Martin); Juan Zabaleta (Hurlingham); Mayra Mendoza (Quilmes); Andres Watson (Florencio Varela); Mariel Fernandez (Moreno); and Fernando Espinoza (La Matanza). Also signed agreements Secretary General of Popular Economy of the Nation, Emilio Persico, together with social organizations, with the aim of improving employment and generate new productive proposals through training and vocational training.
This time, the agreements signed by the social organizations: Urrejola Leonardo Barrios de Pie; Fredy Waldemar DARK Classist and Combativa (CCC); Gildo Onorato of Evita and Nicolas Caropresi Movement Excluded Workers Movement (MTE).
Enhance work includes the creation and strengthening of productive units to promote the full social inclusion and the progressive increase of income in order to achieve economic autonomy. It also includes micro-credit and credit for machinery and tools at very low rates. Promotes five core production sectors: construction, food production, textile industry, economy caring people and collecting and recycling urban waste.

El ministro de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Daniel Arroyo; el gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof; y el ministro de Desarrollo de la Comunidad de la Provincia, Andrés Larroque, encabezaron esta mañana la firma de convenios del programa nacional Potenciar Trabajo, que promoverá la inclusión socioproductiva en la provincia de Buenos Aires.
En el acto de lanzamiento, Arroyo indicó que "esta es la política social de la pospandemia que estamos lanzando en todo el país junto al presidente Alberto Fernández". El ministro explicó que apunta a que "el desarrollo local se reconstruya desde abajo hacia arriba. El Estado tiene que acompañar al sector informal con máquinas, herramientas y capacitación, potenciando las condiciones que tiene cada uno de los territorios".
Por su parte, el gobernador Kicillof aseguró que "lo que estamos haciendo es esencial y marca un giro en la política social, es darles a los bonaerenses el acceso al derecho a trabajar". El gobernador también indicó que "es un paso hacia el futuro y es importante que lo demos junto al gobierno nacional, provincial, los municipios y las organizaciones sociales".
El ministro Larroque remarcó: "En un momento difícil, donde vemos que la actividad económica decae, el Estado decide intervenir de una manera muy concreta, reconociendo tareas que son socialmente necesarias para la vida de nuestra provincia y que el mercado no reconoce".
La rúbrica se realizó en el Salón Dorado de la Casa de Gobierno. En esta primera etapa firmaron la adhesión al programa de sus municipios los intendentes: Mariano Cascallares (Almirante Brown); Jorge Ferraresi (Avellaneda); Fabián Cagliardi (Berisso); Fernando Moreira (General San Martín); Juan Zabaleta (Hurlingham); Mayra Mendoza (Quilmes); Andrés Watson (Florencio Varela); Mariel Fernández (Moreno); y Fernando Espinoza (La Matanza). También suscribió los acuerdos el secretario general de Economía Popular de la Nación, Emilio Pérsico, junto a organizaciones sociales, con el objetivo de mejorar el empleo y generar nuevas propuestas productivas a través de la formación y capacitación en oficios.
En esta oportunidad, firmaron los acuerdos por parte de las organizaciones sociales: Leonardo Urrejola de Barrios de Pie; Fredy Waldemar Mariño de la Corriente Clasista y Combativa (CCC); Gildo Onorato del Movimiento Evita y Nicolás Caropresi del Movimiento de Trabajadores Excluidos (MTE).
Potenciar Trabajo contempla la creación y el fortalecimiento de unidades productivas para promover la inclusión social plena y el incremento progresivo de ingresos con vistas a alcanzar la autonomía económica. Además, incluye microcréditos y crédito para máquinas y herramientas a tasas muy bajas. Impulsa cinco sectores productivos fundamentales: construcción, producción de alimentos, actividad textil, economía del cuidado de personas y la recolección y reciclado de residuos urbanos.
