The measure was taken following that, as published on the alert 27/7/20, it was found that the processing establishment does not meet the edilicias and hygienic sanitary conditions for the production of products can not ensure safety or attribute ALG those labeled as such. In turn, the labels do not have adequate statement of allergens.
Currently they are coordinated preventive actions with provincial and municipal health authorities of the country, in order to monitor the withdrawal of the market for those products.
For all these reasons the ANMAT recommends:
● A population, especially celiac and / or allergic, which is in possession of products SOYARROZ, to refrain from consuming them.
● Those who dispense products SOYARROZ brand, to cease marketing.

La ANMAT informa a la comunidad, en especial la celíaca y/ o alérgica que se ha iniciado el retiro del mercado de los siguientes productos marca Soyarroz, algunos identificados como Alimentos Libres de Gluten, elaborados por Soyarroz SRL - RNE Nº 02-033661:

La medida fue tomada a raíz de que, como fue publicado en la alerta del 27/ 7/ 20, se constató que el establecimiento elaborador no reúne las condiciones edilicias ni higiénico sanitarias para la elaboración de productos no pudiendo asegurar su inocuidad ni el atributo de ALG de aquellos rotulados como tal. A su vez, los rótulos no cuentan con la adecuada declaración de alérgenos.
Actualmente se están coordinando las acciones preventivas con las autoridades sanitarias provinciales y municipales del país, a los fines de monitorear el retiro del mercado de los productos mencionados.
Por todo lo expuesto la ANMAT recomienda:
● A la población, en especial celíaca y/ o alérgica, que tenga en su poder productos SOYARROZ, que se abstengan de consumirlos.
● A quienes expendan productos marca SOYARROZ, que cesen su comercialización.
