Secretary of Management and Employment, Anna Castellani, participated in meeting with the authorities of the Board of the RNA; Arbor Agustín González, Daniel Di Gregorio and Marina Di Giorgio.
The Nuclear Regulatory Authority is the national organization dedicated to the regulation of nuclear activity in the areas of radiological and nuclear safety, safeguards and non-proliferation, physical protection and security.
After a brief presentation of Arbor Agustín González on the deployment of RNA, teams from both agencies agreed to work to identify problems in terms of wage policy and human resources; define work deadlines and alternatives to solve them.
"The public employment, like other public policies has been very strong fluctuations in recent years: we favor the income and strengthening of staff to a decrease of the plant and that has left sequels in all organisms," Castellani said. "This prevented provide articulation and integrity to the system; so we want to work to prevent further amplifying the heterogeneities and problems in the public sector, "he concluded.

La Secretaria de Gestión y Empleo, Ana Castellani, participó de reunión con las autoridades del Directorio de la ARN; Agustín Arbor González, Daniel Di Gregorio y Marina Di Giorgio.
La Autoridad Regulatoria Nuclear es el organismo nacional dedicado a la regulación de la actividad nuclear en las áreas de seguridad radiológica y nuclear, salvaguardias y no proliferación, y protección y seguridad física.
Tras una breve presentación de Agustín Arbor González sobre el despliegue de la ARN, los equipos de ambos organismos acordaron trabajar para identificar los problemas en cuanto a política salarial y de recursos humanos; definir los plazos de trabajo y las alternativas para resolverlos.
"El empleo público, como otras políticas públicas ha sido objeto de oscilaciones muy fuertes en los últimos años: pasamos de favorecer el ingreso y fortalecimiento del personal a una disminución de la planta y eso ha dejado secuelas en todos los organismos", dijo Castellani. "Esto impidió dotar de articulación e integridad al sistema; por eso queremos trabajar para evitar que se sigan amplificando las heterogeneidades y problemas en el sector público" culminó.
Participaron también de la reunión de trabajo el Subsecretario de Empleo, Mariano Boiero y su equipo, así como el equipo de Recursos Humanos de la ARN.
