Reunión del Comité de Ética de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia Reunión del Comité de Ética de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia Está integrado además por la Oficina Anticorrupción y la Subsecretaria de Fortalecimiento Institucional de la Secretaría de Gestión y Empleo Público de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros. martes 08 de septiembre de 2020 Esta mañana, se realizó la primera reunión del Comité Ética de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia, encabezada por la interventora, Cristina Caamaño, con la presencia de la subsecretaria de Fortalecimiento Institucional de la Secretaría de Gestión y Empleo Público de la JGM, Beatriz Anchorena; del subsecretario de Integridad y Transparencia de la Oficina Anticorrupción, Luis Villanueva, y funcionarios y funcionarias de AFI. El órgano, creado a través de la Resolución N°1162/ 20, tendrá por objetivo "promover la transversalización de una política integral de transparencia y la implementación de estrategias para la lucha contra la corrupción", a los efectos de cumplimentar con la normativa nacional e internacional vigente. La medida se enmarca en los lineamientos dispuestos en el Decreto 52/ 19 sobre la "necesidad de crear, implementar y consolidar mecanismos de intervención que ayuden a lograr estándares de transparencia e integridad, facilitando el cumplimiento de la obligación de rendición de cuentas de los funcionarios de la Agencia", y en el Decreto N° 41/ 1999, que instauró el Código de Ética de la Función Pública, con el objeto de combatir la corrupción y promover las acciones tendientes a incrementar el grado de transparencia en el Estado. La Agencia Federal de Inteligencia continúa integrandose así a los sistemas de control del Estado Nacional, en pos de transparentar la gestión, como lo hizo en enero de este año, cuando acordó con la Sindicatura General de la Nación (SIGEN) la creación de una Unidad de Auditoría Interna para controlar los procesos administrativos y la ejecución presupuestaria del organismo.
