Restaurants, schools and deliveries will come together to enjoy the best
gastronomic proposals this week with Argentine whitefish.

As part of the campaign "Eat fish Argentino", the Government Secretariat of
Agribusiness participate in the first edition of Gastro Japo Food Week, to
be held from 12 to 19 June and will feature 47 restaurants that offer
Japanese menus and fusion created for the occasion, as a way to present the
wealth of Japanese gastronomy with Argentine seafood and seasonal products.
The aim is to spread the traditional cuisine of Japan, to the best of our
local raw materials, among which white fish species such as sea bream,
sole, mullet, mackerel, and others. A strong bet Club Gastro Japo (which
gathers more than 90 small businesses in the gastronomic area) and THET
