HE CREATED THE ENACOM

They formally initiated the functions of the National Agency of
Communications (Enacom) through Decree 267/2015 published in the Official
Gazette. Published on Tuesday April 23, 2019. Since the merger of the
Federal Authority of Audiovisual Communication Services (AFSCA) and the
Federal Authority for Information Technology and Communications (AFTIC),
the National Agency of Communications was created ( Enacom) Decree 267/2015
through. According to Decree No. 7/2016, the Board of the entity will be
chaired by Miguel Angel Godoy who will be accompanied by the directors
Alejandro Pereyra, Heber Martinez and Agustin Garzón. Enacom is an
autonomous body and decentralized within the Ministry of Communications.
Its aim is to drive the process of technological convergence and create
stable market conditions to ensure access for all Argentines to internet
services, fixed and mobile telephony, radio, and television post.
