Training program on integrity and transparency in the Ministry of National Security
The training program begins in the Ministry of National Security. The training activity emerged as a demand for the National Directorate of Institutional Transparency of the body.

The Anti-Corruption Office (OA), together with the Ministry of National Security, began today in the training "Integrity and transparency in procurement and contracting: the Procedures under health emergency." The activity lasts three weeks and is developed on the platform of the body virtually. The course is aimed at the areas of public procurement of the various forces of the Ministry of National Security, as well as the legal areas that perform legal opinions on contracts and internal control or audit.
In welcoming the course, the Minister Sabina Frederic said: "The tools that this training program will provide members of the security forces federal dealing with the issue of contracts and purchases of the state will be a central element to give knowledge about procedures and methodologies with which the national civil service is governed ".
All these actions aim at generating institutional capacities for mainstreaming transparency in the national public administration. This was emphasized by Felix Crous in his introductory message to the activity: "We are convinced that our main task is to promote integrity, transparency and thus prevent technical tools and also promoting behaviors appropriate to prevent corruption and this is a central task in working together with each of the different ministries. "
The training program will continue in August with a virtual workshop on the System goody equipment intended for the National Transparency of the body.

Se inicia el programa de capacitaciones en el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación. La actividad formativa surgió como una demanda de la Dirección Nacional de Transparencia Institucional del organismo.

La Oficina Anticorrupción (OA), junto al Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, dio comienzo en el día de hoy a la capacitación "Integridad y transparencia en las compras y contrataciones: las tramitaciones en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria". La actividad tiene una duración de tres semanas y se desarrolla en la plataforma del organismo de manera virtual. El curso está dirigido a las áreas de compras públicas de las distintas Fuerzas del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, como así también a las áreas legales que realizan los dictámenes jurídicos sobre las contrataciones y a las auditorías internas o de control.
En la bienvenida al curso, la Ministra Sabina Frederic destacó: "Las herramientas que este programa de capacitación va a ofrecer a los integrantes de las fuerzas de seguridad federales que se ocupan de la temática de contrataciones y compras del Estado va a ser un elemento central para darles conocimientos acerca de los procedimientos y metodologías con las que se rige la administración pública nacional".
Todas estas acciones apuntan a la generación de capacidades institucionales para la transversalización de la transparencia en la administración pública nacional. Así lo destacó Félix Crous en su mensaje de introducción a la actividad: "Nosotros estamos convencidos que nuestra tarea principal es la de promover la integridad, la transparencia y de este modo prevenir con herramientas técnicas y también con la promoción de conductas adecuadas para prevenir la corrupción y esta es una tarea central en el trabajo mancomunado con cada uno de los diferentes ministerios".
El programa de capacitaciones continuará en el mes de agosto con un taller virtual sobre el Régimen de Obsequios destinado al equipo de la Dirección Nacional de Transparencia del organismo.
