The agreement was signed between the CIECTI, the Undersecretary of Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry of Labor and the CEP XXI, in order to establish cooperation between the parties, exchange information and data, and develop research together.

The Center for Research in Science, Technology and Innovation (CIECTI); the Ministry of Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security; and the Center of Studies for Production of the Ministry of Productive Development, signed a Technical Cooperation Framework Agreement which gives rise to the Network of Public Research Argentina (Red ISPA).
The aim of it is to establish cooperation in various aspects that are of interest to the parties. Network ISPA will implement joint activities such as conducting seminars annually in which the main research findings will be shared in the previous semester and agendas will be discussed for the next semester, exchange of information and data relating to investigations each institution, and the development of joint research and reports.
Document had signed Eduardo Gustavo Lugones, President of the CIECTI; of the lawyer Claudio Alejandro Sehtman and Cavo, head of the Cabinet Advisory Unit of the Ministry of Productive Development; and Diego Javier Schleser, undersecretary of Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry of Labor.

Se firmó un Convenio Marco de Cooperación Técnica que crea la Red de Investigaciones Públicas de la Argentina
La firma se realizó entre el CIECTI, la Subsecretaría de Planificación, Estudios y Estadísticas del MTEYSS, y el CEP XXI, con el objetivo de establecer vínculos de cooperación entre las partes, intercambiar información y datos, y elaborar investigaciones de forma conjunta.

El Centro de Investigaciones en Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (CIECTI); la Secretaría de Planificación, Estudios y Estadísticas del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social; y el Centro de Estudios para la Producción, del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo, firmaron un Convenio Marco de Cooperación Técnica que da origen a la Red de Investigaciones Públicas de la Argentina (Red ISPA).
El objetivo del mismo, es establecer vínculos de cooperación en distintos aspectos que resulten de interés para las partes. La Red ISPA podrá implementar actividades conjuntas como la realización de jornadas anuales en las que las que se compartirán los principales hallazgos de las investigaciones del semestre anterior y se discutirán las agendas para el semestre siguiente, el intercambio de información y datos relativos a las investigaciones de cada institución, y la elaboración de investigaciones e informes conjuntos.
El Documento contó con la firma de Gustavo Eduardo Lugones, Presidente del CIECTI; del Licenciado Claudio Alejandro Sehtman y Cavo, titular de la Unidad Gabinete de Asesores del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo; y de Diego Javier Schleser,subsecretario de Planificación, Estudios y Estadísticas del MTEYSS.
